Firewall virtual ip
-
I'm guessing this is easy, but I've tried several things and looked through the forum to no avail.
I'm using a virtual ip address for a static public WAN address which is 1:1 NAT to a device on the LAN. I'm trying to lock down all the ports but one. How do I set up firewall rules to a virtual ip?
I've tried putting both the public ip and the lan ip in the destination field of the firewall rules under the WAN tab, neither works.
Any help would be appreciated. -
OK. Nevermind.
I just used a single port forward instead of 1:1. -
another way is to create deny rule
deny not "single ip" blaa blaa..
