      here's the scenario:
i have a computer shop in site A
my friend has a computer shop in site B

what i want to achieve is to connect both sites together so players can create a games on either site and other players can join from either site also

      is this possible?

Yes, just follow any of Openvpn tutorials to join these two networks.
Depending on game protocol it will not be So transparent but will work.

Have you read the HOWto's for OpenVPN site-to-site?

Otherwise, you could make it easy on yourself and just use Hamachi.
