I have not used ALIAS before so I want to make sure I am doing this correctly.  I basically created an ALIAS of IP Addresses in which I can always add to.  On the LAN side, I moved up the block of that ALIAS to the top thinking I am blocking those IP Addresses contained in the ALIAS; takes precedent.  The users are still accessing those IP Addresses in the blocked alias.  Can someone please point out the reason this one is not working?  Thanks for any pointers or proper suggestion for alternatives.

It could be that you still have states open. Please reset your states and see if it starts blocking outgoing to those IPs.
