Ftp nat rule [SOLVED]

i am trying to access my ftp server(filezilla) behind my pfsense box outside but cannot get thru. i have attached the nat port forward rule because i cannot seem to make it work. is there something that i am missing? my ftp server works well when i access it inside my lan.
