There's a book (for pfSense 1.2), documentation linked from the pfSense home page and further virtualisation specific documentation at the top of the Virtualisation sub-forum (as well as all the other posts there).
If, having taken the time to read the available documentation you're still having problems, please ask questions relating to what you are having problems with. General requests for help with "everything" are unlikely to get you any useful answers since there isn't an obvious place to start with helping you.
Remember too when asking for help that exact version numbers of the products you are referring to can often make a significant difference to the advice you're given.

I want to use pfSense 2.0.1 on VMware or VirtualBox and use it somehow.. Can you give me a link of some tutorial?

You mean beyond the documentation I've already linked you to, which includes tutorials of various types?
There's nothing magical about virtualisation. Plan and design it exactly as you would for a physical network. You just need to take the time to learn how VMWare or VirtualBox work and how to configure networking in them first. Then build your virtual network.
