    Hi.
First of all sorry for my English.
I have a problem with connection to this forum through ipv4 addresses.
But with ipv6 address all works fine.

    "Host" result:
    forum.pfsense.org has address 69.64.6.7
    forum.pfsense.org has IPv6 address 2605:8000:d:1::151

Do you see any problems with configuring your web-server or it's a new feature and this forum will be works only through ipv6?
    Thanks.

        Hi!
First of all i want to say that the resourse is unreachable no from all ipv4 addreses and it's blocking an icmp requests:
        traceroute 69.64.6.7 -A
traceroute to 69.64.6.7 (69.64.6.7), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets
        1 slavutich-sport-73.deg-sw.kv.wnet.ua (217.20.164.73) [AS11908] 0.231 ms 0.207 ms 0.196 ms

It seems, that resourse blocks access from network 92.60.186.0/28:

        #telnet 69.64.6.7
        Trying 69.64.6.7, 80 …
% Connection timed out; remote host not responding

I can't connect to the server on port 80 through telnet with sourse addreses 92.60.186.0/28

But connection establishing succesfuly when i try to connect using another ip-adddress space.

Please, explain my why do you block connection from 92.60.186.0/28 address spase?

        Thank you!

are you using pfblocker or something else, which is blocking forum.pfsense.org?

No, i don't use any sotf that can block my connection! no firewall, no iptables, etc… As i wrote in my previous post, i can't establish telnet connection to port 80 from ip-address space 92.60.186.0/28, but connection establishing sucsesfully from other ip-address spaces that also belong to Wnet ISP such as 217.20.191.0

A bunch of subnets were blocked the other day because there was a ton of forum spam originating from within them.

The closest matches I see are:

                  92.60.176.0/20

                  Which goes from 92.60.176.0-92.60.191.255

So you're included in that list, which is marked as being part of RBN, a large source of spam and other harmful traffic (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_Business_Network )

We pull that list from http://doc.emergingthreats.net/pub/Main/RussianBusinessNetwork/RussianBusinessNetworkIPs.txt
