OpenVPN with syslog need static VPN IP

I have roughly 10 sites connecting via OpenVPN (site to site PKI) and I am setting up a syslog server.  I am getting messages just fine but I noticed that all the source IP's are the VPN IP's and not their internal IP's.  I found a way to setup a name map in my syslog app but I need to make sure that when they re-connect down the road they are assigned the same address.

Any ideas???

You need a client specific override for each site, which is generally required for the iroutes anyway.
