      Hi

i made so that captive portal have no time out
users should only login once and that's it
worked fine for an hour or so but then it disconnect the users and they have to login again

what could it be? the dhcp server that releases the clients?

if you update any of the setting and press save on the CP, will dump all the users, but other than the hard time out and idle time out settings, they should stay logged in.

i know that and did'nt change anything, but the funny thing was that it was around 2hours between people got disconnected. And thats the time the DHCP lease are set to.

Is there a reason you set the leases to only be two hours?  I would make them 8 at least, and just increase the number of addresses, that should solve your problem

the default lease is two hours, but if i make it to 8 hours wouldn't it still be a problem if it's caused by the dhcp server lease ?
