I had been looking for answers on how to setup phones on outside of pfsense to allow them to make calls. I had openup 5060 port. 10000-20000 5004-5080.
So 3cx on android can register on asterisk but there is no sound at all.
Do I need to have diffrent type of nat translation setup on pfsese?

I have this up and running, but with iPhones not Androids. I assume they work inside the company's network.

Yes they can on my wireless wap2 enterprise network. Any phone that connects from outside I see  no reply to our critical packet  in asterisk log.

That will be very helpful. I also noticed that sip clients register with high ports 24000 to 65000

Depends on what you have configured for the RTP ports, generally UDP 5060 and 10000-20000 will suffice. That's all I have open to my Asterisk box and 3cx works on my iPhone, and every other SIP soft and hard phone works.

That what is strange that android phones on wifi register on port 5060 but when using on tmobile the phones register all over 24000 to 64000 ports range.
