Problem after configuration

Hi. i've installed pfsense 2.1 x64 iso in wmware esxi 5 (microserver hp)

Everything is ok but after wizard configuration, when on screen there is "Waiting reload", then i can't connect anymore to ip in browser.

I've 4 LAN (2 WAN and 2 LAN - em0….em3). During wizard i can configure only WAN+LAN but when i click "reload" i lost connection. It seems there is a problem in managing more then 1 nic. Only after a "reset to factory default" and set only wan in "1) assign interface" i can connect through browser to webgui.

Any suggestion?
