I have a machine on the local LAN that has erratic behavior. When I first switch it on I am able to access port 8080 on the machine from another machoine on the network. After a while this stops working. I am able to access it from the machine itself using 127.0.0.1:8080. Is there something that could be causing this issue in pfSense? I have disabled the firewall on the local machine. I am able to ping the machine from all other network pc's. This behavior comes and goes. he only thing i can think of that may be causing the problem is the traffic shaping. Would this effect local packets?

If these two computers are in the same subnet, then pfSense would have nothing to do with this since the traffic between the two would not go via pfSense.
