OpenVPN site to site without Shared Key

It's possible configured OpenVPN without Shared Key in site to site. I would like to configured site to site with certificate PKI because I've got two BranchOffice. "

I've got this schema:

MainOffice <–--------------- BranchOffice 1 ( 40 computers )
          ^--------------------- BranchOffice 2 ( 10 Computers )

If I used SharedKey, I can conected all computers (Ping ... ) without problems (For me, It's low security). How do I configured to PKI?

I think, that it's configured for custom options: push "route X.X.X.X X.X.X.X".
