TLS key error on openvpn

Hi experts,
i am facing an issue with open vpn, i configured openvpn but i am getting an error of TLS key error while connecting.

can anybody help on this

check the TLS key on both sites.
post OpenVPN logs from the client which tries to connect. The Windows OpenVPN client offers nice logging.

The exact error message would be more useful.

Sometimes it says there's a TLS error when in fact it's just failing to negotiate because the traffic is blocked by firewall rules…
