Snort does has some multimedia rules. Therefore it is able to auto-block (some) in the firewall. It is a available package at pfsense.

Thanks, im enabling snort also, but any idea how can i make it work in squid (proxy server), ip block is a good package included in smoothwall, is there a way we can include this ip block package in pfsense.

if you just want to block IP's, do that with firewall rules. You could create an Alias for "Bad Site IP's" or something, then use it in a firewall rule (suggest a reject, not block, rule on LAN, make sure you move it above the default rule).
