      Just installed PFsense 2.01 amd64. For testing I have a Cisco access point on the WAN and a laptop on the LAN. Using public IP of 192.168…. WAN and 172.17.....LAN. Have the 2 default rulls off for WAN public IP. I am trying to connect test L2TP VPN, have server ip as 192.168.1.1 which is the WAN interface. IP is ping-able. All I get is a server not running timeout. Looking in the logs under VPN it shows L2TP server listening on 0.0.0.0 port 1701. Also Why do I have entries in the log for 10 hrs in the future.
