    Hello!

I migrated to 1.2 BETA one month ago. Everything correct … but today I saw that clients at OPT4 couldn't connect to FTP servers.

FTP Proxy Helper is disabled at the other 5 NIC and enabled at OPT4.

After inspecting my firewall rules I decided to disable FTP Proxy Helper for OPT4. My client connected to the FTP server but could'nt start its data channel. Normal ...

After that, I unchecked the "Disable FTP Proxy Helper" box and the client connected correctly to the FTP server.

    I think there is a bug ...

      Have you inspected http://wiki.pfsense.com/wikka.php?wakka=FTPTroubleShooting

You need to permit rules to localhost.

        Scott,

        It was done.

In fact, I can't reproduce the problem now. Computers …

        ???

I had FTP Proxy Helper only at OPT4. Now I have it well working at LAN, OPT3 and OPT4 (with localhost rules, of course).

        :)

        Many thanks,

        Josep Pujadas
