Default 2.0.1 index.php

So first off let's say I was being a numpty.

I didn't back up my /usr/local/www/index.php before I was tinkering with it and, well, let's just say I need one.

Can someone hook a brother up? I promise I'll back it up next time. I would just reinstall but the box doesn't have keyboard/vga

Grab it from github:

fetch -o /usr/local/www/index.php https://raw.github.com/bsdperimeter/pfsense/RELENG_2_0_1/usr/local/www/index.php

Or just re-apply a 2.0.1 firmware update.

Or wait a few days and just upgrade to 2.0.2 :-)
