Captive portal RRD graph

Not sure if this is the right place to post. Got some question about the CP RRD graph.
I noticed that on the 8hours 1min average graph (Loggedin) shows the total number of user = 246 but on the 1day 5mins average graph (Loggedin) shows the total number of user = 124 only. Shouldn't it the 1 day graph shows more user then the 8 hours graph as the total number of user in a day should be more then the total number of user in 8 hours?
