I bought a ATX board with two on board NIC 1gig, Mini-Box Case, Wireless NIC.

Note: it's not my first installed of pfSense, but with wireless NIC , YES!

The problem is: I setup the wireless nic, SSID, Acces point mode, WPA2 and bla bla bla. But when I try to connect my Iphone or Laptop on wireless, as soon I enter the passphrase, the router (pfSense) write a lot of things on screen (Too fast to read), and reboot!

      Any idea?

If you haven't already tried a snapshot build of pfSense 2.1 I suggest you do so. These builds are based on FreeBSD 8.3 and so contain more up to date device drivers than any released version of pfSense.

Wallabybob is recommending a beta version, the latest stable is 2.0, so pfsense will say its up to date. 2.1 is the beta, it might fix your problems.

A selection of recent snapshot builds can be found by following the appropriate architecture link from http://snapshots.pfsense.org/ then the appropriate build type link.

If you are running the "full" version you can download a "full update" file (e.g. pfSense-Full-Update-2.1-BETA0-i386-20120918-2019.tgz) then uploading it to your pfSense box in a "manual" firmware update. It would be a good thing to save your pfSense configuration file BEFORE the firmware upgrade.
