I need your help PLEASE! I'm a s soldier in AFG and am trying to set up a wifi network for myself and guys in my unit.

So this is what I need…

I found a satellite service that will give us 120 GB a month then it cuts us off but does allow unlimited use between 1 to 6 am. There are 10 of us (all will need their own user names and password) and some have cellphones, ipads, and laptops to connect. I need to share the 120 GB a month equally users and access to all devices, roughly assign everyone account/ user name for about 4.4 GB a week or 650mb a day and unlimited GB's between 1 and 6 am. Can pfSense, DD-WRT, tomato, gateway service, or a network software support this setup?

They would all be wireless and I will need 3 to 4 routers one being the main and the others bridge/repeaters. (was thinking about three ASUS RT-N66U but I will order which is best for setup)

This is the main concern but these are other services we would like.
      *QoS
      *vpn
*share drive support (we have a 3TB drive)
*maybe some type of ticket option. ( the ISP will sell us 1/GB for $13 so some of my guys my want to take advantage of that. It does not need to have a pay site but I would need away of giving them access to the 1/GB)

Bounty for setting up the routers/hotspot is $100 (+$50 if done by Oct 01, 2012) for a simple tutorial to setup and  maintain the hotspot after completion. I'm good with computers (windows) but not networking.

      Thank you for your help!!!!

You could always use the traffic shaping limiter and a calculator to work out what bandwidth you should give people so that they would reach that bandwidth limit after the set period of time if downloading constantly?

          Not ideal, I grant you…

            RADIUS Authentication also supports accounting.
