How do I change my log-in password?

Can some teach me ho do i change my log in password and also if possible change the log in username. thanks..

SYSTEM -> User Manager

Edit the user "admin" and change the password. The username of the user "admin" cannot be changed.
But you can create other users and put these users into the group "administrators".
