Checked em into github not long a go, and thought I'd share it with everyone..  let me know if you have any problems, questions..

Its a Free Internet portal with Self Signup for access to WPA2-Enterprise WiFi network, I have em on separate VLAN's with more features and speed on the "Secure Public Wifi" network to encourage signup.

I use this for my neighborhood WiFi using Ubiquiti M2HP w/UniFi firmware about 30' in the air on a pole outside.
