Trafic between lan and opt1

Hi. I have a problem with enabling trafic from lan to opt1.

I want to have  a network configuration like this.

internet ->wan> pfsense >lan>local computer ip: 192.168.1.209 gateway: 192.168.1.1
                          |                    |
                            >opt1>server                              ip:192.168.10.3 gateway: 192.168.10.1

and i want to open ports for server that are not needed for local comps.
So i want to have some trafic from wan to opt1 opened by NAT or rules. But i also want to access my server from my local computer.

So far, I have made these rules but with no success.
LAN:

 *  	 LAN net  	 *  	 *  	 *  	 *  	    	 Default LAN -> any

 *  	 OPT1 net  	 *  	 *  	 *  	 *  	    	    	opt -> any

Can each of your servers at LAN and OPT1 ping the gateway IPs? How is your OPT1 configured?
