WebConfigurator certificates have changed

We have been working this issue for sometime now.  We have tried pfSense 1.01 - 1.2RC2 and what happens is that our Captive Portal users will get knocked off even when we just click on System->Advanced function.  They will have to reauthenticate when we do this.  The error message is:

Aug 21 13:59:54 php[12624]: /system_advanced.php: webConfigurator certificates have changed. Restarting webConfigurator.

Any help would be appreciated.
