Captive portal problem autentication

I have a pfsense server with release 2.03 connected to a radius server which is connect to an active directory domain.
The captive portal works fine for the most of clients but sometimes after the authentication, the captive portal do not  anything and not generate any log about this events. I have this problem in most of part when I use a mobile devices ( tablet or smartphone), and with this kind of devices the problem recurs continually

I have a new information:
I found on radius server the logs about the autentication requests, and they seem all accept; Is it possible activate a debug log on pfsense cp?
