White list as Content filtering

I looking for FireWall. I looking for this feature:

+Block all Outbound Sites Except White List.
+Can permit Domain or single URL
+Block all IP except IP that bolong to WhiteList URL or Domain (Revers DNS)

I try to search the forum and Doc But I not Soure that this feature exists in this FireWall

What protocols (HTTP, SMTP, etc) are you wanting to block.

You could go with Squid, though I'm not sure if it supports a default block.  You also can't (that I know of) do a selective block on what a DNS name would resolve to.
