Requirements:
Must work on 2.0.3-RELEASE (i386)
Must work with current version of Twilio
Complete instructions provided to the community including instructions on how to install any dependancies required
Complete code provided to the community. Code should include comments.
In short, a person should only need the ability to copy and paste or do a google searchFrontend Functionality:
Captive portal page 1: Displays TOS
Captive portal page 1: Input box request SMS#
Captive portal page 1: Upon clicking submit a code will be sent via sms, added to a database, and user will be forwarded to page 2
Captive portal page 2: Requests input of the code that was previously sent via SMSBounty:

$25 Ability to use alternate logon credentials created in Local User Manager (either-or)

Someone did reach out to me directly initially, but they haven't responded since.
We've moved on to Meraki AP's. They have this functionality and additionally match usage to user.
