      Requirements:
      Must work on 2.0.3-RELEASE (i386)
      Must work with current version of Twilio
      Complete instructions provided to the community including instructions on how to install any dependancies required
      Complete code provided to the community.  Code should include comments.
      In short, a person should only need the ability to copy and paste or do a google search

      Frontend Functionality:
      Captive portal page 1: Displays TOS
      Captive portal page 1: Input box request SMS#
      Captive portal page 1: Upon clicking submit a code will be sent via sms, added to a database, and user will be forwarded to page 2
      Captive portal page 2: Requests input of the code that was previously sent via SMS

      Bounty:
      $200

      Bonus bounty (requires initial functionality):
      $50 Able to associate SMS# with MAC address on a single page
      $25 Ability to use alternate logon credentials created in Local User Manager (either-or)
      $25 Include instructions on how to revoke access
      $25 Include instructions on how to limit access time (in hours)
      $25 Include instructions for installation in M0n0wall.

      Payment will be via paypal but can be held in escrow by coreteam.

          Someone did reach out to me directly initially, but they haven't responded since.
          We've moved on to Meraki AP's.  They have this functionality and additionally match usage to user.
          Please close this bounty :(
