Hello and please forgive me.  I am not one to normally post but after working and researching this problem for 9+ hours I figured a fresh set of eyes might help.  Sorry if the below is information over kill.

      Setup

      Host machine: Windows 7 Home x64, MoBo: Asus PG541t-m LX3, Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU  Q9550  @ 2.83GHz, 2833 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s), 8 gigs mem., Nic: Atheros AR8151 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20), It is connected through a AT&T SoHo router.

      VirtualBox 2.4.14

pfSense 2.0.3 (1386) release running in Virtualbox 256 mem. with a Wan ip 192.168.1.77 (DHCP) nic 1 and a Lan Ip of 192.168.2.1(static) nic 2.

Win Server 2012 also in VirtualBox (1024 mem.) with a single nic (internal) ip address of 192.168.2.2/24. Defualt gateway and DNS server of 192.168.2.1.

All are configured with VBox nics intel/pro/1000 Mt Desktop.

The server has full internet access, PfSense, and Win Server 2012 can all ping each other and 8.8.8.8 (Googles DNS).  When I attempt to access the Gui on Pfsense I am able to log in but I hang on the Welcome to pfSense…One moment while we start the initial setup wizard.  No ability to click through with the logo.

I have tried killall -9 php; killall -9 lighttpd; then restart webgui to no avail.  Any Help would be greatly appreciated.  Tell me it is something stupid I am simply over looking, please..... ;D

Something to test: your setup OOM ?
Using 256 Mb for pfSense seems very small to me. Try setting up a 512Mb box.

No "help me" PM's please. Use the forum, the community will thank you.
Edit : and where are the logs ??
