OpenVPN and IPv6
-
Hi Guys I hope somebody can help me I made the following setup for my pfsense installation with IPv6 support over tunnelbroker.net
http://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Configure_Multiple_IPv6_Subnets
I got the IPv6 up and running and everything works fine I also can connect with my cell phone to my router but I don't receive anymore some packages back to my phone. It dosn't matter to wich computer I would like to connect.
Did I have to make some changes on the OpenVPN configuration to get the remote access working?
Kind regards

The howto… is... well... one heck of over-engineering and confusing like hell. There is absolutely no need for any bridges and similar things... You simply assign a static /64 within the routed /48 to each LAN/OPT/WLAN interface you want to have IPv6-enabled, and that's it. Then either enable RA or configure DHCPv6 for those interfaces. As for OpenVPN, you again assign some /64 to IPv6 Tunnel Network and stick the LAN's /64 to IPv6 Local Network/s. Done. (No RA/DHCP configuration there, OVPN handles this itself.)
IOW: follow this part of the basic IPv6 howto for every interface you want.

Ok got OpenVPN working I had to add in the OpenVPN configuration also a Tunnel Network for IPv6.
Thank for you help doktornotor and I have used the your prefered manual for the configuration not the one with the bridges.
Kind regards
