Redirect user or ip to a custom page?

anyone knows how can i do that?
or maybe with squid?

ps: sometimes i need to inform client about some info, and i want to temporary redirect to a custom info page. maybe on page a custom button and after click on this button, user can continue surfing.

That is what Captive Portal does. But it does it to everyone, not just one IP.

pfSense 2.2 will actually be gaining a "global MAC ban" tab in CP that will redirect certain users to a special CP page if their MAC is "banned" – that might get you partway there, but the code does not exist yet (it's sponsored, in the queue to be added)
