      Hello,

I have been running pfsense under Xen 4.2 (and now 4.3) for a while now (Archlinux dom0) with no issues. One of my NICs is passed through.

Yesterday I installed a graphics card to pass through to another machine. It is in pciback and still not in use. When I added the card, it changed my BDF as expected, but I changed all configuration files to reflect that.

Pfsense starts properly, it identifies the passed through device correctly, qemu's log says the pass through was successful, but the NIC fails to work. It is up, recognized, and it is configured correctly too.

I don't know what is wrong. Can anyone help me? Something similar has happened before, when I tried removing a wireless NIC that was also passed through. For some reason my WAN card would only work if it was passed together with the wireless one. At the time I just returned the wireless card back in, as I wasn't using it anywhere, but with the graphics card in place I don't have any space in my motherboard to put it back in; and anyway, this shouldn't be happening as far as I know.
