      I can't seem to be able to access my webconfig.

      its lan ip is and the devices gateway is 172.16.0.0

      is that a problem?

        This really depends on the subnet you are using.
        But considering that 172.16.0.0 is the Net ID of the 172.16.0.0/16 block, yes this is probably a problem.
        Why do you need to have it .0 ?
        (I would use 172.16.0.1/24 as ip/gateway)
