Opera browsing block

Hi friends

In my institution some people use opera browser to bypass the filter for accessing unwanted sites. how can I make a secure rule for block use of opera mini browser

Create rules to block direct port 80 (and 443 if you're proxying HTTPS).
Mine look like the attached.

You can't block this. Even if using a proxy, Opera will still tunnel the request through to their CDN over HTTP. You'll have to block Opera's servers.
