I had this error in my new install of 2.1

/interfaces.php: The command '/sbin/ifconfig 'ath0_wlan0' inet delete' returned exit code '1', the output was 'ifconfig: ioctl (SIOCDIFADDR): Can't assign requested address'
hostapd: ath0_wlan0: IEEE 802.11 Fetching hardware channel/rate support not supported.

I just had to choose the last option "autoselectomode autoselect" in the "Speed and duplex" of the interface.

Don't use that for wireless, leave it at the default setting.  Technically that setting should probably be hidden for wireless and ignored internally for wireless interfaces if someone does have it set.

Iusually dont touch it , but after a lot of enable and disable this for some reason fix it .

Right now i have the same problem but this time it's not fixing it :(

I have to look deeper into it.
