Custom Captive Portal page, Term & Condition, PrivateCertificate,firewall Setup

Hello…
I am new to pfsense and not a IT guy...I want to set custom simple Captive Portal page for hotel. No radius only local user setup. I tried a lot but every time I set and enable CP (on OPT) it doesn't work can't go online wireless. If I disable CP then able to go online wireless. I downloaded a simple example terms & condition page with pic and edited to my requirement. I think something I did wrong when I edit CP (html) page. There is no option to set CP back to default. Restart don't help.

Here is the detail of my hardware & set up...
pf 2.1-RELEASE (i386)
CPU: Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU N280 @ 1.66GHz 2 CPUs: 1 package(s) x 1 core(s) x 2 HTT threads,
40Gb Hard Drive, 2Gb DDR2 RAM, 4GB, 3 Nics(1 Broadcom 10/100/1000, 2 Intel 10/100/1000)
WAN: auto IP
LAN: 192.168.1.1/24
OPT(HOTSPOT):10.10.10.1/24

I want to set custom CP on OPT (HOTSPOT) interface only. Can install any required package/s while its a full install.
1. Edit & Set required Firewall & Rules, DNS Forwarder etc to make CP work.
2. Need detail log reports with each client's mac, visited urls, ip...etc. Edit & Set squid & squidguard already install.
3. Edit & apply my CP & internet user policy pages. All Wireless client must accept our terms & condition by clicking accept button then use their pin or password. (I don't need user name field in CP need only password field, if possible)
4.Create & apply private https certificate to eliminate https warning for clients...(if not, then set http )
5. Redirect to url after successful log in.

I do appreciate and will pay $40, If any pfsense expert able to log in to my computer remotely and tweak & set my pfsense as above. Thank You
