      Hi
When i select COM as country code to create Internal Certificate Authority, this error occurs:

The following input errors were detected:

openssl library returns: error:0D07A097:asn1 encoding routines:ASN1_mbstring_ncopy:string too long

Why COM is  listed in combobox, if it is not a valid code?

I'm not sure. It is listed in the list of valid SSL country codes I see, but apparently the OpenSSL library rejects it. I committed a fix to remove them from that drop-down list.

          Dear Jim,
When minor bug fixes will be released?  in next stable version(2.2) or in the next maintenance release?

It depends. For minor/beneficial bug fixes such as this, probably in 2.1.1 and later. For more intrusive fixes, 2.2.
