      Hello, all!

I've done some reading about how to block P2P traffic, and it sounds like most of the P2P clients nowadays search for open ports, and use whatever is available.

I had been thinking about just blocking all but ports 80 and 443, but after reading about the above information I am not sure that this would be effective.

How would throttling all ports (other than port 80 and 443) down like like 1kb/s work? Would that keep P2P clients happy, and keep them from searching for another port?

      Thanks!
