Pfsense 2.1 captive portal very slow

After the installation and use pfsense 2.1.
Behavior through Loadbalance. Can work normally.
But when it is used through captiveportal. The internet is very slow.

Earlier work with pfsense 2.0.3 Captiveportal works fine.
