How To Make an Image Submit Button ?

Hello all.

I have an open captive portal

i want to make an image Submit Button. i dont want the default Button.

is any way to do that?

i make this form but is worked only with Google Chrome.

any idea ?

its not work.  its working just with Google Chrome and Mobiles.  Internet Explorer And Mozilla are dead.
