Interim updates on PfSense 2.1 CP + FreeRadius2 (pkg) + external MySQL

Hello everyone,
is there a way to configure CP and freeradius2 installed as package on 2.1-RELEASE so that Acct-Interim updates work ?
I can't figure out where the problem is, I've tried all the settings, there is no log or error or else, simply it does not work…

added: session stop is not notified, there is no accounting info about it
