      Hi all,

I'm new to PFSense, but I think I have it mostly configured and working.

I just have one issue.. I have a tunnel to PIA (Private Internet Access) that I'm trying to set up to direct all LAN traffic through.  The tunnel seems to come up (judging by the openvpn status giving me a complete line of information) but no matter what I do I can't seem to get traffic working on it.  Granted it doesn't seem to stay connected either but that might be because of no traffic on it too.

Obvisouly I've done soemthing wrong but what is really troubling me is that I can't seem to find a log showing me that traffic is being stopped somewhere, i.e. I can't seem to troubleshoot what is wrong.

      I've created all the certs
      I've created the interface
under nat outbound I have 6 rules that were auto generated (3 wan and 3 vpn)
under firweall rules I have a rule under my PIAVPN interface allowing any any on any protocoal
on the lan firewall rules I have my one LAN NET source rule pointing to my VPNGateway

seems simple but something is obviously missing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      Dave

        Hi,

I am having a similar problem. However, I can connect as a client to the VPN Server, but nothing gets routed to my VPN gateway.

I am still trying to troubleshoot, but you might need to provide more info about your OpenVPN logs, which will show what is happening on the VPN first.

        Cheers,

        Dan
