At the risk of being out of line: I don't think you've provided enough information to attract the attention of the extremely fine professionals over here :P

(And secondly: I used to be on draytek, and on zyxel before that. I ditched them because of well, many things, and went to pfSense. If my Wife ever leaves me I know at least I will have one other great love in my life; pfSense ;D).

Is this a completely new setup or is the pfSense box replacing some existing VPN concentrator?

Are you looking for load balancing or simply redundant connections?

Some brief description of the network operation would probably help here.
