TCP/UDP: Socket bind failed on local address [AF_INET] Can't assign requested ad

Hi Everyone!
I am getting really mad: It's been 2 days since I've been trying to solve this problem unsuccessfully.
Every time I start my OpenVPN server 2.3.2, it gives this error message (see log below).Where does my OpenVPN server take this 46.30.88.26 address from??? It really seems that I can't change it at all!
I did a factory reset, reloaded my setttings, I even reinstalled pfSense from scratch and reloaded my setttings!!
Still this same F******* address!THANK YOU!

I guess this is your WAN public IP. That range is allocated to State Institute For Drug Control in the Czech Republic. Hopefully you are there ;)

Actually, I had a very bad inspiration! I changed the address in the log (bad choice!)
I understand that you believe it is my WAN address! (I guess I should have chosen another one!).The one I have in my log is 88.45.66.X and I can't change it!
Where does my OpenVPN server take this 88.45.66.X address from??? From which file? How can I change it?

88.45.66.0/24 is in Italy - maybe we are in the right country now? I guess this has to be a WAN IP given out by your ISP. Look in /cf/conf/config.xml and search for "88.45.60". If it is not there, then it must (should) be a dynamic IP from your ISP. Look in Status->Interfaces, the IP should appear on some interface.

Thank you for your response, I always appreciate your help.
I didn't find the address in /cf/conf/config.xml but I believe it came from the cache of my ISP which kept this address that I used as a proxy/gateway a few days before! (It may have been kept in my adsl box cache, or remotely in my ISP proxy cache).
I turned my box off for a few hours and now everything's back to normal!
BTW I am a Unicef donator.
