      Just want to share my knowledge…
      (Sorry for my English)

      pfSense boxes are Hyper-V VMs at both ends
      Need to connect two remote sites to one subnet.

      192.168.0.0/24 ---> Hyper-V ---> LAN -- pfSense -- WAN ---> Internet <--- WAN -- pfSense -- LAN <---  Hyper-V <--- 192.168.0.0/24

      Setup OpenVPN as described like here https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,20917.0.html or here https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=38605.0

      Set net.link.bridge.pfil_member = 0 at both pfSense VMs
      Assign MAC address from LAN interface to BRIDGE interface OR set in VM (LAN interface) Virtual Network Adapter -> Advanced Features -> Enable MAC address spoofing

      After that all working well!

          Thanks for your solution. Now I have the problem that i can't filter the dhcp server for separate dhcp server in each site. In a non-virtualized environment it need 2 simple rules on vpnbridge in each site
