View current firewall blocks?

Can you view the current firewall wan blocks by opening or viewing a file via command line or gui?

On the web interface to to status and than firewall after you see wan log
There is shows the blocks from the Wan, next to this you can see the LAN and other firewall logs

Thanks .  I am really looking for a file that has permanent blocks due to snort, etc.  The actual firewall file, not what's blocked every minute, the persistent blocks.  I may not be making sense.

can you tell me what are you trying to reach here with finding the file pfctl -sr ?

I wanted to see the current IPs and aliases that are blocked and allowed.  you run it from "command prompt"
