Captive portal looping - redirurl not working - fixed

Hi!

out of the nowhere CP stopped doing redirects after the login. Thats ugly.

with  the following change in the login form html it worked again, the not-working-before-state is REMed.

No clue why, but I don t care and it might be helpful for others

If someone has an explanation…let me know!

I pushed a fix that might possibly help this in case it was not a config issue.
