      Hi,

I was wondering, is there any plan related to implementing a L7/NGFW using the newly opensourced by Sourcefire/Cisco OpenAppId ?

      Thanks

If this gets implemented, it would be with the Snort Package.

I've been looking at this as it has trickled out over on the Snort.org site.  There is nothing yet in the pfSense Snort package, though.

The download is currently listed under "Development Release".  I think we need to wait for 2.9.7.0 anyway.

              I can break anything.
