I want to create a firewall which will be applied on three ip's of my LAN, however in the Pfsense firewall rules creation web interface i see no option that will allow me do that.

is there a way for this ?

Firewall->Alias
Make an Alias that contains all the IPs.
Use that Alias in firewall rule/s.
