Tera Rising

So I am in need of some help with one my MMOs Tera Rising. When I have HAVP turned on the game launcher reports its unable to update. I have added the server to the whitelist, Forwarded IP, etc.. I can not seem to get this to work, however if I turn off the HAVP connect then turn it back on all is well until I need to relaunch the launcher.
Before anyone ask, I have searched on Google.com and the Forums, checked the documentation(alot that I do not understand), I am also in touch with Enmasse.com Support for assistance with this as well.
If more information is needed please let me know.

Uncheck block when error scanning. You shouldn't even need to whitelist it. Do you have squid to or just havp? Are you positive that it's Havp blocking it? Let's see a screenshot of the first page where it shows havp enabled. I want to see what is at the bottom of the page.

OK, sorry for the delay my email was cluttered.(rules were not working, corrected)
So I am pretty positive it is HAVP, because when Turn it off it works just fine.
I attached the requesting screenshot of the first page of HAVP.
