Can pfsense Except domain from captive portal bandwidth restriction

dear all pfsense users

can any one help me??
i want to except domain from captive portal bandwidth restriction.

example :
i have pfsense with captive portal and bandwidth restriction 2M peer user

if user want to download file from domain Microsoft.com captive portal bandwidth restriction except this domain from bandwidth restriction.
